1. Who we are
Easy DAT ("we", "us") operates this service. By installing or using Easy DAT you agree to these Terms.
2. What the service is
Easy DAT is a Google Chrome browser extension that adds features on top of the DAT One "Search Loads" page (one.dat.com/search-loads): broker credit information, market condition indicators, a route map, advanced filters, an ignore list, a left menu and dark mode.
Independence notice. Easy DAT is an independent third-party browser extension. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by DAT Solutions, LLC. DAT and DAT One are trademarks of their respective owners. A separate, active DAT One subscription is required to use Easy DAT.
3. Accounts
You sign in inside the extension with an email code or with Google. You are responsible for keeping access to that email or Google account secure, and for all activity under your Easy DAT account. You must be at least 18 years old and use the service for business purposes.
4. Subscription, billing and renewal
- The subscription costs $10 USD per month.
- New accounts begin with a 90-day free trial. The first charge occurs when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then.
- The subscription renews automatically each month and your payment method is charged on each renewal date until you cancel.
- You may cancel at any time from the Stripe billing portal. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers on our servers. Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
- We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice by email. Continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the new price.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Share, resell, sublicense or transfer your account or subscription;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where that right cannot be excluded by law;
- Use the extension to scrape, republish, resell or redistribute data obtained from the DAT One board or from Easy DAT;
- Use the extension in a way that violates your agreement with DAT Solutions, LLC or any applicable law;
- Interfere with, overload or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts;
- Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive freight activity.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if payment fails, if we suspect fraud or account sharing, or if required by law. If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund the unused portion of the current month. You may stop using the service at any time by cancelling and uninstalling the extension.
7. Third-party services and data accuracy
Broker credit ratings, days-to-pay figures, market indicators and map data come from third-party sources and are provided for informational purposes only. They may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. They are not credit advice and are not a guarantee of payment. You remain responsible for your own decisions about which loads to book and which brokers to work with.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will continue to work if DAT One changes its website.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easy DAT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost loads, non-payment by a broker, or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or inside the extension.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Ohio have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
